Does the homeowner have to be home?
No. They sign a consent form ahead of time. Then we fly from the property.
Is it legal?
Yes. Our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified. We get FAA airspace approval where it's needed. And we follow Texas law on homeowner consent.
How fast do I get the report?
Within 24 hours of the flight. It comes straight to your inbox.
Do you do measurements?
The standard report is photos and damage notes. Need measurements? Ask when you book. It's an add-on.
Do you talk to insurance?
No. We document damage. We don't adjust or negotiate claims.
Can you fly near DFW and Love Field airports?
Yes, in most areas. We get FAA airspace approval before each flight. Some spots near runways need extra lead time.
Can the report carry my company's logo?
Yes, on Storm Partner and Full Digital. The report goes out white-label, with your logo on it.
Who owns the photos?
You do. We keep a copy only to back up the report.
What if it's raining or windy?
We reschedule at no cost. We only fly when it's safe.
